Written and directed by Paul Justin Encinas, the film premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival and later screened at the Cinequest Film Festival.

A finalist for the WGA East Fellowship at Stowe Story Labs, ReMemory follows a Filipina American woman grieving the loss of her brother who turns to a new AI service that recreates the voices of the dead through memories and digital traces. As the line between memory and reality begins to blur, she struggles to let go of the past while holding onto the life still in front of her.

A Cab 804 Story
Set during a late night cab ride through New York City, explores loneliness, fleeting human connection, and emotional vulnerability between two strangers. The film screened at the Brooklyn International Short Awards, Paris International Short Festival, and New York No Limits Film Series.

Set in 1996 New York City, centers on a Filipino American DJ who secretly records an unreleased hip hop performance and becomes pulled into the dangerous world surrounding a bootleg tape everyone wants control over. The screenplay explores ambition, identity, friendship, and the cost of chasing recognition within underground hip hop culture.
The project was shortlisted for the 2026 Sundance Development Labs and recognized in multiple development programs supporting emerging independent filmmakers.
